Health and Social Care Partnerships (HSCP)
Here in Lanarkshire, and indeed across Scotland, 2016 has brought a significant reform in the way health and social care services are provided.
Support is given to both Primary and Secondary care services through our Health and Social Care Partnerships in which a wide range of services are delivered in community hospitals, clinics, homes, health centres and schools. NHS Lanarkshire's Mental Health services include adult mental health, child and adolescent mental health and old age psychiatry. There are also a wide range of community mental health teams, hospital and community based paediatrics and services throughout the area.
In April 2016, the integration of health and social care went live in North and South Lanarkshire respectively. The pages below provide latest information relating to South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership and background on Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire.
